Product Availability Alerts

Where a vehicle model, spare part, or product is marked as unavailable, registered customers may request an availability alert. We will store your contact details and the product reference for this purpose only, and will notify you by email or SMS when the item becomes available.

You may cancel an availability alert at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly. Once a notification has been sent, the alert will be automatically removed from your watchlist.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers: third-party companies that assist us in operating the website (e.g. web hosting, email delivery, analytics), who are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.
• Isuzu Kenya: where required for warranty, parts availability, or compliance purposes, we may share limited information with Isuzu Kenya Limited in accordance with the dealership agreement.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, for tax or regulatory records, which we retain for 7 years in line with Kenyan legal requirements).

Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Product alert data is retained until the alert is fulfilled or cancelled.
